Tea Parties, Hatters and Alice

Image.ashxOur final production as part of the Easter Rep Season is the family favourite, Alice in Wonderland. The first performance will be on Tue 15 Apr and will be in rep with Hamlet: The Dark Hours and The Importance of Being Earnest for the final week of the season!

Venture down the rabbit hole and join the Mad Hatter’s tea party in this new exciting adaptation of Alice In Wonderland. The show will take the family audience into the outrageous world that Lewis Carroll created; expect a big welcome from the Mad Hatter’s tea party, where our performance will take place.

Alice is an ordinary little girl who lives an ordinary sort of life, until the day she finds herself in the most wonderful world of mad tea parties and remarkable characters like the Mad Hatter, the Duchess, the Cheshire Cat and the Mock Turtle. Alice’s adventures begin when she follows White Rabbit down a rabbit-hole and falls down, down, down! As everything grows ‘curiouser and curiouser’, Alice is delighted to find that nothing in Wonderland is the least bit ordinary!

Lewis Carrol’s Alice in Wonderland is a perfect show for the family to enjoy, you’ll be invited down the rabbit-hole and given a seat at the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party! This incredibly exciting project is The Firestation and London Contemporary Theatre’s first partnership venture, and The Firestation’s first co-producing credit. We are delighted to be working with such an exciting company this year!
