Danielle Ward: Lies

Danielle Ward

Since winning the the Time Out Critic's Choice award for Best Newcomer in 2006, Danielle Ward has established herself as a force to be reckoned with.  In the last year alone she set up the critically acclaimed 'Freakshow' at the Betsey Trotwood in Farringdon, where she hosts and promotes the monthly club dedicated to twisted and experimental comedy.

With dark and honest subject matter discussed with wit and disarming enthusiasm, her focus is less on performance, and more on stories and wordplay.  Having discussed everything from the sex-life of a Siamese twin to the length of consciousness of a decapitated head, we know not to expect anything in the ordinary.

A skilled sketch writer for political comedy, she has regularly appeared on BBC Radio 1's flagship comedy show 'The Milk Run', and as part of the sketch group 'Dead Leg'.

"Delightfully naughty." Time Out

Colin Hoult: Carnival of Monsters

Colin Hoult

Half of the fabulous comedy duo Colin and Fergus, Colin Hoult will be performing his new show 'Carnival of Monsters'.  He most recently appeared in Al Murray's Multiple Personality Disorder for ITV1 and performed at the Edinburgh Festival with his show 'Zimbani'.

Carnival of Monsters is a tragi-comic character show that will shock, tickle and appal. Playing with environment, atmosphere and storytelling, the Carnival is an experience unlike any other you’ll find!
